1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Someday (somedayfor.me), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Someday's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

3. User Content

You retain all your ownership rights in your User Content. By uploading User Content to Someday, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, host, and deliver your content at your scheduled times in accordance with the service functionality.

4. Prohibited Content & Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Someday (including Legacy Vaults, Future You Notes, or Break Glass Bottles) to create, store, transmit, or deliver any prohibited or harmful content. Prohibited content and activities include, but are not limited to:

• Unlawful & Illegal Content: Content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or violates any applicable local, national, or international laws.
• Harassment & Email Abuse: Using Legacy Vaults or email delivery features to harass, intimidate, threaten, stalk, or cause distress to any recipient or third-party email address.
• Political Campaigning & Propaganda: Mass political messaging, electioneering campaigns, political propaganda, hate speech, or content intended to incite violence or discrimination.
• Unsolicited Spam & Phishing: Sending unsolicited communications, commercial spam, phishing attempts, or unauthorized personal information of third parties.
• Malicious Code: Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any code intended to harm software, hardware, or user data.

Someday reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts, disable capsule delivery, and remove content that violates this Acceptable Use Policy without prior notice.

5. Limitations

In no event shall Someday or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Someday's website.

6. Modifications

Someday may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
